Bird Dog Arts events are a combination of education, hands-on art experiences and fun social mingling in an atmosphere unlike no other. BDA is in the process of booking artists to teach workshops on and off the Tejon Ranch. Watch our calendar for upcoming classes, workshops, openings, and receptions. New artists are signed monthly along with openings to introduce our new talent. Want to have a group of your own in the gallery, reserve a no-cost tour for up to 30 friends and/or colleagues. Downtown Paint Out
Our Plein Air Invitational artists will be painting downtown on and around 1601 19th Street. Afterwards, a free artist reception at the Bakersfield Art Association will take place from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Wine and nibbles will be served. Meet the artists and enjoy their work with a glass of wine!
